Megan N. Taylor is a dynamic and ambitious young woman who has carved her niche in the competitive world of real estate.
From a young age, Megan exhibited a keen interest in real estate, and the dynamics of the housing market. She pursued a degree in Art History, Criticism and Conversation at Eastern Michigan University where she honed her skills and knowledge.
Immediately upon completion of her education, Megan wasted no time diving into the world of real estate. Starting her career at Oxford Properties in Ann Arbor as a Property Manager, Megan swiftly showcased her talent for investor communication and reporting. Progressing to Ressco, she successfully managed a diverse portfolio, including luxury high rises and section 8 communities. Megan was recruited up by Grant & Main Residential (previously Hela Management) to oversee and manage a $50M institutional real estate fund. Her dedication and innovative thinking didn’t go unnoticed, and she soon climbed the ranks to become an Owner of the company at a remarkably young age.
Megan’s prowess in navigating complex transactions, negotiating deals, and fostering lasting relationships set her apart, enabling her to own multiple investment properties in her 20s. Beyond professional success, she is recognized for her commitment to community service, advocating for affordable housing initiatives and volunteering her time and resources to address housing inequality.
In her free time, Megan enjoys walking her dog Huckleberry, bowling, and attending music venues, showing her well-rounded nature and her ability to balance her career with her personal pursuits. She continues to inspire and empower other young women to break into the traditionally male-dominated field of real estate.
